FABRIC AND TRIM SOURCING

After the designs have been finalized, Cipotex will help source the fabric needed to bring the products to life. The experienced Cipotex team has a list of trusted textile manufacturers that deliver a variety of materials.

PATTERN MAKING

Pattern makers have the technical expertise to break down the designs into 2D pieces. They use advanced software to break down the components of a specific garment.

CUTTING PROCESS

The cutters then cut the garments from the fabric, whilst making sure that wastage is minimized.

MANUFACTURING AND QUALITY CONTROL

The next step is for the cut fabric to be sown into finished products. This is done entirely in-house to guarantee quality. Cipotex carries out quality checks during each step of the manufacturing process and reports to the fashion house.

DELIVERY

After the items have been reviewed by the fashion company, the remaining order will be delivered to the customer’s warehouses.
